Paul has over 30 years of operations and franchising experience with some of the most prominent brands in the foodservice industry. Under his leadership, Moe’s Southwest Grill grew from 300 to 700 locations in 41 states.
Grady brings more than 30 years of financial experience to Naf, most recently leading Sysco as Executive CFO. Previous to Sysco, Grady served as VP of Finance for FoodBrand, a multi concept restaurant company.
With over 20 years of fast-casual experience, Jeff brings a keen understanding of Operations to Team Naf. He spent 18 years at Qdoba Mexican Grill helping to grow the brand from 1 to 650+ restaurants.
Lisa has over 30 years of operations experience, with positions in Training, Strategy, and Company and Franchise Operations. She was instrumental in achieving operational excellence at Qdoba Mexican Eats, as they grew from 60 to 650+ units.
Stacey is a uniquely qualified leader with 20 years of experience in brand management and marketing services across industries including hospitality, packaged goods, government and technology.
Pat has 20 years of experience developing menus and products for large international brands such as Ruby Tuesday and Moe's Southwest Grill.
Brian has 30 years of construction experience ranging from general contracting through corporate and franchise development within the restaurant and retail sectors.
Dave has 30 years of restaurant and franchise development experience. Most recently, he led franchise sales, construction and real estate for Wingstop, growing the brand from 470 to 1000+ restaurants.
With over 40 years in the restaurant business, Bill brings extensive operations and IT experience to Naf. For 13 years, he served as the VP of IT for Qdoba and most recently consulted for a variety of restaurant companies including Focus Brands and RTaco.
